Asdenaki is an 18 year old from Bansa – a small town in the Sidama state of Ethiopia. He urgently needs open heart surgery to save his life. Once the funds to cover the medical and prescription drug supplies are secured, Healing Valve Ethiopia’s team of volunteer cardiac team in Ethiopia is ready to provide the needed surgical care for this very sick and poor patient.

አስደናቂ ብርሃኑ ውልደቱ ከሃዋሳ ወጣ ብላ በምትገኝ በንሳ በምትባል የገጠር መንደር ሲሆን እድሜውም 18 ነው:: እድገቱ በአዋሳ ከተማ ከአጎቱ ጋር ሲሆን ገና በአራት አመቱ እናቱን በሞት ተነጥቋል:: ወላጅ አባቱም ላለፋት 14 አመት አይነ ስውር የገጠር ነዋሪ ናቸው::
በአንድ የአጎቱ ቀብር ላይ አስደናቂ እራሱን ስቶ ይወድቃል በወቅቱ በስፍራው ወዳላው የበንሳ ጤና ጣብያ ተወስዶ ቢታከምም በአስቸኳይ ወደ ሃዋሳ እንዲወስዱ ይነገራቸዋል:: ከብዙ ምልልስ ህክምና በኋላ በሃዋሳ ሲደረግለት የነበረው ህክምና ችግሩ ያለው ልቡ ላይ መሆኑ ያረጋግጣል:: በአስቸኳይ የልብ ቀዶ ጥገና እንደሚይስፈልግ ተነግሮት ለዚህም የግዴታ ወደ አዲስ አበባ መሄድ እንዳለበት ይነገረዋል::
አዲስ አበባ መጥቶ በተደረገለት ምርመራም በልብ በር ላይ ለህይወቱ አደገኞ ሁኔታ መኖሩ ተረጋግጧል (LVOTO secondary to LCC aneurysm) :: አሁን ላይ ለደቂቃ እንኳን መንቀሳቀስ ካለመቻሉ ባሻገር ድምፅ አሰምቶ መናገር እየተሳነው ነው:: የHealing Valves Ethiopia ፍቃደኛ የልብ ጥገና ቡድን ይህንን የልብ ቀዶ ጥገና ለመስራት ዝግጁ ሲሆን ለዚህም አስፈላጊውን ዝግጅት እያካሄደ ነው::
